QUALIFYING CONDITIONS FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA

To qualify for a medical marijuana card, you need to be a Florida resident. The easiest way to establish this is with a driver’s license or Florida ID. If you use some other form of government-issued ID, like a passport card, that can work if you provide supplementary proof of residency in the state such as a utility bill, proof of home ownership, a lease, a bank statement ect.
